December 2018 & January 2019 – variation to standard operating hours

As we approach the end of 2018, we would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers and partners  and inform you of our holiday closing period for December and January.

As always, we will maintain reduced help-desk coverage outside of the public holidays, however the rest of Tambla will be taking a well earned break to recharge for an exciting 2019.

Operating Hours for December 2018 and January 2019

The main office will close for business at 5.30pm on Friday 21st December and will reopen at 8.30am on Monday 7th January.  During this time, we will have a reduced help-desk and infrastructure team in place to continue to provide you critical support.

The Help-desk will be closed on the following public holidays:
  • Tuesday 25th December 2018
  • Wednesday 26th December 2018
  • Tuesday 1st January 2019

We appreciate your patience during this period and wish everyone a happy and peaceful holiday season and look forward to working with you all  in 2019.
