ASX-listed Workforce Intelligence software and solutions provider realigns key execs with customer goals.

Tambla has recently welcomed a new member to their executive team, Nathan Thomas, joining the organisation as Director of Service Delivery. Nathan comes with a strong record of achieving outcomes for local and global technology players. He built the Storage and Big Data consulting practice for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in the South Pacific region, and then most recently was the Chief Operating Officer of an Aussie fintech, InPayTech.

Based in Sydney, Nathan will focus on leading and building the Service Delivery function for Tambla, delivering ongoing value for the company’s longstanding customer base of Enterprise and Government organisations.

“I’m excited to join an established leader in the Workforce Intelligence space, at a time of growth and transformation,” Nathan said. “Tambla’s strong service offering provides an excellent basis for ongoing improvement and optimisation. I look forward to leading the Tambla Service Delivery team to provide increased value for our clients.”

Coinciding with Nathan’s appointment, Tambla has moved longstanding senior manager Lee Alexander away from his Customer Experience portfolio, and into the role of General Manager Sales and Marketing. Lee will drive the acquisition of net new customers, as well as partnering with existing clients to find new ways to deliver value through Tambla’s growing mix of software and services.

Lee said: “Tambla’s significant track record and loyal customer base provides an excellent platform for growth. Ongoing changes to Workforce Legislation and the ever-increasing cost of human capital means that Workforce Intelligence is of increasing importance to the market. I look forward to finding new and improved solutions for our current and future customers over the years ahead.”
